BARE Hair & Cosmetics is a luxury hair extension line born from a lifelong love of beauty and a deeply personal journey. Founded by Monica “Moni” Williams, a real estate professional and beauty enthusiast, BARE is more than just a hair brand — it’s a reflection of resilience, self-expression, and the belief that every woman deserves to feel powerful in her own skin.

Moni’s passion for beauty began in childhood, painting nails and playing in makeup at her Aunt Jo Jo’s nail station. That early spark grew into a full-blown love affair with all things beauty — from hair to cosmetics — and evolved even further as she stepped into her role as a public-facing professional in real estate. Her polished image quickly became part of her brand, and maintaining it wasn’t just a preference — it became a priority.

But the journey took a turn when Moni was diagnosed with medically induced alopecia. Faced with daily wig-wearing, she set out to find hair extensions that were not only luxurious and natural-looking, but also comfortable, durable, and affordable. When she couldn’t find what she needed, she created it.
